Despite rising costs of essentials such as toilets, waste disposal, marquees etc. we are maintaining our admission prices again this year.

Children under 18 still get free entry

No landing or admission fees for visiting aircraft

Air-Britain members who wish to visit on both days can purchase a ticket for Sunday at the Fly-In for a reduced entry fee of £5.

There are no advanced ticket sales and all visitors pay in cash at the Fly-In pay gate.


Over 200 personal invitations have been sent to owners of aircraft related to our themes, aircraft and pilots that are 70 years old like Air-Britain this year and the 80th anniversary of the T-6 (Texan/Harvard/SNJ). Responses to date have been slower than previously, but PPR bookings are now coming in.

Some tempters for you (with the usual caveats about weather, serviceability etc) include a Storch arriving from Amiens late Saturday and staying overnight, and on Sunday a Republic Seabee. The Norwegian Historic Flight Vampires will be present both days and on Saturday the YES "Build a plane" scheme will be exhibiting for the first time a Fokker Eindecker being built by a school from Kent.

The Skymaster restoration team will be present also to show you what is going on with the long term North Weald resident.

From a non aviation perspective we will have a local Mini owners Club will be bring along a selection of the classic Issigonis design alongside an array of vendors, of course including our own sales stand with the latest publications.
